Winter Solstice – Twenty Seventeen Child Theme

It’s 2018, but we have yet to see Twenty Eighteen WordPress theme in the work. It looks like we need to wait until WordPress 5.0 released this year. I guess it’s not too late to release a child theme for Twenty Seventeen.

Winter Solstice is a responsive WordPress child theme using the most popular WordPress theme as the parent theme, Twenty Seventeen. It inherits all Twenty Seventeen theme features, including Custom Colors, Custom headers, Custom Logo, Footer Widgets, multiple column layouts, etc.

This Twenty Seventeen child theme should be accessibility-ready like its parent theme. But the Theme Review Team need more time to review before it gets approved. As we want to release this child theme as soon as possible to the public, we remove the accessibility-ready tag and will work on that next.
